Terrific customer service from the service coordinator and service manager. Both took the time to do multiple test drives with me to identify a problem that had existed for years and had been brushed off by another dealership. During the repairs they were transparent and continuously updated me with the progress of the repair. They gave me a loaner car at no cost during the repair as well. Terrific job by all in the service department.
Omera has been servicing my vw’s for about 5years now. Only once in this 5 years have I had anything but a perfect experience. I would recommend them for servicing Vw vehicles.
